Victorian Solar for Business Rebates Program is now Open.

The Victorian Solar for Business rebates program is now open for applications. Eligible small businesses can now apply for a rebate through the Solar for Business portal (https://www.service.vic.gov.au/services/solar-homes/small-business-landing)  .

To process an application, small businesses will need to engage with an approved solar retailer to attain a quote for the installation of an approved small-scale solar PV system up to 30kW. DFE can assist businesses select a retailer or attain a number of competitive quotes to support this process. A full list of approved solar retailers and products are available on the Solar Victoria website.

The solar retailer will then upload your quote in the system and you will be sent an email directing you to the Solar for Business portal. Here you will find information on the eligibility criteria and what you will need to get started.

At launch there are 2,500 rebates available with further rebates release dates to be confirmed on our website in the coming weeks.
